People Asia unveils iPad version
People Asia magazine is set to launch its Apple iPad app version this thursday (June 23) at the New World Hotel in Makati City. People Asia's digital version boasts of an interactive, cutting-edge format with videos, interview clips and other features, and will be available for free download at the Apple App store for a couple of issues. Stargate Media Corp. with joint venture partner Philippine Star and in cooperation with leading ad agency DraftCB Digital and IT solutions firm Softrigger Interactive, put together this exciting new iPad app for the worldwide release of the magazine.
The iPad launch also coincides with the magazine's annual "Men Who Matter" event highlighted by a photo exhibit of distinguished men featured in the magazine's special June-July issue top-billed by actor Robin Padilla (cover), Executive Secretary Jojo Ochoa, Rustan Supercenter's Donnie Tantoco, top aesthetic doctor Dr. Z Teo, Manila Vice Mayor Isko Moreno, Pinoy rock legend Pepe Smith and international singer Jed Madela, among others.
